This movie stars Adam Sandler as Henry Roth, a veterinarian at an aquatic amusement park in Hawaii and Drew Barrymore as Lucy Whitmore, a local art teacher who has been in an accident. This accident causes her to forget anything that happens the day after the accident, so every time she wakes up, she wakes up thinking it’s her father’s birthday because that was the day when the accident happened.

Henry meets Lucy by accident, when he gets shipwrecked in an island and has to wait at a café. He talks to her and they hit it off instantly and they agree to meet up at the café the next day. This is where the fun and mayhem starts, as Henry goes talk to Lucy and she has no memory of him.

Henry learns about the accident from the café owner who also happens to be Lucy’s mother’s best friend. She makes Henry promise to stay away from Lucy but Henry makes a bet with the cook that he will eventually get Lucy to talk to him again. So every day Henry tries different things to get Lucy’s attention and get her to go out with him.

It’s a very sweet and funny movie, as Henry tries to make Lucy fall in love with him every day :)
